This is not the official dictionary. These are student-built teaching apps for a workshop on coding with cultural data. For authoritative words, spellings, and pronunciations, always rely on SHI's official audio dictionary above — not these apps.
About data quality & confidence

Our dictionary entries were auto-parsed from published SHI source dictionaries, so extraction errors, OCR mistakes, and encoding glitches are possible. The data has not yet been reviewed or approved by community speakers and linguists. Some apps display confidence scores to flag lower-certainty entries. We share this openly so no one mistakes these teaching tools for a verified reference — the goal is to learn to build with real Indigenous-language data without spreading inaccuracies.
